EXPERIENCE IN PROJECTS
  • In Santos CMI (SCMI) start up the PMO of project control in the Engineering was implemented, after that Procura and finally the interaction with the construction through the implementation of a detailed plan of Work in the Materials System (MRPO), optimizing the generation of the MR's, their tabulation and caring the date for long time equipment delivery`s for its assembly.
  • The Project control and Project management system was implemented in SCMI-Ingenieria from the offers, achieving since 2010 the contract with POSCO E & C for around $ 12MM in the Refinery of PECEM, with EP PAM $ 4 MM Generación Electrica Gas Associado.
  • The operational and financial management of the head quarter in Quito, Guayaquil and Costa Rica for SCMI-Ingenieria. 
  • Management, monitoring, and control of projects:
    • OIL & GAS PJT:
      • (Pañacocha, GasAsociado, Chorrillo Monteverde, SOTE interconnection, OCP).
    • GENERATION PJT:
      • (Pascuales, ILO, Termogas Machala)
  • Productivity improvement in GM-OBB assembler:
    • Chassis Plant: 
      • 4 JPH to 12 JPH, (in TPS mix).
    • Body Plant:      
      • 8 JPH to 14 JPH. (in TPS mix).
    • ELPO Painting Plant painting Bodyworks and Chassis together.
    • Mix production in SUV and Auto bodies.

EXPERIENCE IN ENGINEERING

DESIGN OF PRODUCTION PLANTS AND WORKSHOPS IN AUTOMOTIVE DEALERS

  • Lay-out`s Optimization for production Assembly in GM OBB Chassis and Bodyshop (1997-2002). Autoconsa Workshops in Matriz, Recreo, Pana Norte y Tanca Marengo.
  • Design of new workshops in Autoconsa Orellana Offices next to the Hypermarket. and new Lay out Plant Carrocerias GM-OBB (2004).
  • Selection of operation equipment and facilities (GM-OBB Chassis, Bodyshop and Mundo Motriz) amounts of around $ 4.5MM.
  • Supplier Qualification ($ 4.5MM).
  • Design operations based on the Lean concept.
  • Operations Design based on unit flow, storage (lungs) with lean concept and JIT in Logistic Processes. GM-OBB Painting Body and Chassis  together in ELPO paintshop ( increment  productivity)

CONCEPTUAL, BASIC AND DETAILED ENGINEERING::

  • Definition of the scope of work and determination of the structure of the Project applying the detailed work plan (PDT) from the offer.
  • Development and follow-up of the Engineering, specialists in Project Control and Inspection.
